As per the contract agreement, the vehicle is given to the customer on a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If the customer is unable to fill the vehicle with a full tank, we can fill the vehicle up for them and charge them on the invoice.
At Apex, the customer can decide before the hire if he or she wants the vehicle to be insured comprehensive or to be insured by a third party. If the customer chooses to be insured comprehensively then any damages to the vehicle will not be charged to the customer. However if they choose to be insured by a third party, then the customer will be liable for the damages.
At apex we always have a standby vehicle in case the vehicle that is being hired has a breakdown. We will immediately send the standby vehicle once we are notified by the customer.
